Right of return

Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases (unlike the EU).

As a courtesy, CuraCap Schweiz GmbH voluntarily grants a 14-day right of return for unopened products in their original packaging.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (cosmetics).

To exercise your right of return, please inform us (CuraCap Schweiz GmbH, Schänzlistrasse 37, 2545 Selzach, Switzerland, email: kontakt@curacap.ch) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You shall send back the goods to us within 14 days from the day you communicated your return decision to us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund is made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, as soon as we have received the unopened goods.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete this form and send it back.
