Shipping information

Delivery time is 1–3 business days from order receipt. Orders received before 14:00 on a business day are usually shipped the same day.

These delivery times apply to standard shipments within Switzerland. Public holidays and peak periods may extend the delivery time slightly.

Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we ship free of charge.

Prices displayed in the shop are final prices without additional shipping costs.

We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Customers from the EU are kindly asked to order via our European shop: https://curacap.biz.

Shipping is handled by Swiss Post (Post CH AG) from our Swiss warehouse.

Carriers are Swiss Post (Priority and Economy).

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow the status of your delivery at any time.

If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days at kontakt@curacap.ch with a photo and the order number. We will arrange replacement or refund without delay.

For non-delivered shipments, please also contact kontakt@curacap.ch. We will check the shipment status with the carrier and take the necessary action.
